The Kentucky Retail Federation Self Insurers Fund
(KRF-SIF) was founded in 1994 by the Federation in order to meet the workers’
compensation coverage needs of the state’s retailers. The KRF-SIF is overseen
by a board of directors that is comprised of members of the KRF and is managed
on a day to day basis by Cannon Cochran Management Services, Inc. (CCMSI). In
January, 2004, CCMSI was awarded the management and marketing contract for the
Fund. As a result, the Fund is now offering expanded benefits and services.

handling Kentucky claims

the actual claim adjuster to ensure that lines of communication are always open

reporting forms for the client

insureds

adjuster

The Kentucky Retail Federation
